Deep Blue Pump co.

Under the project name NF3 the joined venture between Namvaran in Iran and Technicas Reunidas in Spain where granted to execute the project.

During the same year Deep Blue Pumps Co. (Akay Industries) obtained the contract for the delivery of all vertical process pumps according to API610 qualifications in cooperation with Manferro. 

The NF3 project, third national gas fractionation, concerned a project at the Bandar Imam centre of Petrochemical Industries. The state-owned National Petrochemical (NPC) examined all 4 bids with a total investment of over more than 160 Milion Euro´s. The total contract involved the installation of a plant to produce LPG from a feedstock of 100.000 b/d from other plants in Bandar Imam.  

All of the 11 vertical process pumps according to API610 qualifications where engineered to distribute various liquids. The total project from initial request to final delivery lasted over more than 2 years, after which the pumps are currently installed and will successfully be taken into operation as soon as the installation is ready. All activities related to the engineering, casting, assembly and testing of the pumps was done within our own premises after which the pumps where shipped to there final location.
